We aim to keep the costs of post and packaging as low as possible to cover materials and second class Royal Mail charges.

Papers are sent by second class mail, wrapped in tissue, and rolled in a 7.5 cm postal tube.
Other items are also sent by second class mail and securely wrapped in postal boxes or padded bags.

Delivery
Papers and Italian notebooks are stock items and will be dispatched within three working days of payment.
Handmade items are usually made to order, so in times of high demand we may take up to four weeks to deliver your order. However we aim to ship within two weeks and quicker if we have a matching item already in stock.

Variations
Each item we make is unique and there will be slight differences of design depending on the section of paper used, available beads etc.

Returns
If any product is unsuitable for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange replacement or return.
We will refund the cost of goods on return but not the cost of postage and packing, unless the item is damaged or not as described.
